You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment. To do so, email us to email@example.com and we’ll keep you informed.
Your cufflinks are covered by a limited, 12 months warranty (the "Cufflinks Warranty"). If there is an issue with your Cufflinks, then please review the Cufflinks Warranty Card enclosed in your order and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The warranty is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To the extent that there is a conflict between the terms of the Cufflinks Warranty and these Terms, the terms of the Cufflinks Warranty will govern with respect to Cufflinks purchased from Fils Unique directly.
If your jewelry item is not suitable for any reason, we operate a 30 day returns policy (starting from the day of shipping) as long as your item has not been worn, used or had its security tag removed. You can also choose to exchange your item for an alternative item or receive a refund less the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are scratched or damaged. For obvious reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any items that have been personalized, bespokely made or engraved.
Please email our Customer Services Team email@example.com before returning any goods to receive a Returns Confirmation email.
On obtaining a Returns Confirmation email from our Customer Services Team, please print this off and enclose with your return. Please allow up to 7 days after receipt for your return to be inspected and credited to your account/card, this may be slightly delayed during holidays.
- International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
- For your security we advise you return any product via secure delivery, such as UPS, Fedex or USPS (with the appropriate cover level of insurance) and retain a receipt of postage for your own records.
- Fils Unique® is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from Fils Unique pass to you upon delivery of such Products to the shipper or carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. Of course, we’ll do our best to assist you where we are able.
If you purchased your Fils Unique cufflinks at a retailer, you must contact that retailer. We do not accept returns of items not placed directly with us through our Website.
